safety FAQ (was plasma boy, etc.)

There's a section on safety, but it's pretty general stuff. How about
adding specific guidelines that any hobbyist can use while working on
his/her own EV? Examples"

don't know the answers to any of those questions! ;-) Thanks Dean "

I guess since I'm the editor I should say something :-)

I have been listening. I only get to read the digests in the evening,
however, and the list has been pretty busy lately.

Questions can be added to the FAQ pretty easily. It was my intention all
along to have an excellent safety section. What is there is all the FAQ
guys and I came up with at the time. I agree that it can always be made
better. Don't worry, I'm taking notes. Unfortunately, I don't know all the
answers, either. If the guys who do know the answers would e-mail me, I'll
edit it/them into an answer or answers that can be posted, and expand that
section.

By the way, Bob at EVA has a good "Safety First" paper that he will send you
free. It covers many details. Maybe now is a good time to plug that again,
Bob.
