For David R. RE: SAFT NiCad

With all respect due you, David, I was thinking about
the cooling/temp. monitoring needed for NiCad. 
Clearly your manufacturer did a nice job on your
conversion, but  1)  have you addressed that in a list
archive someplace?  Thermistors? Regs?
2)  What would be necessary to get instrumentation for
NiCads, since your Album entry says Solectria brewed
their own (E-meter for Pb-Acid chemistry would not be
too useful).  
3)  How do you keep track of the number of cycles, so
we can get updates on how close you come to the
2,500-3000 mark?
4)  How has their customer service been, since I tried
getting ahold of this "Lou Mangarella" (name often
brought up on list) and SAFT pawned me off to "Sophie"
who gathered my EV needs, and lost track of me?
