A thousand is easy. Even the CitiCar did better than this. Well, "easy"
in the sense that it is straightforward to do. It's not a big enough
number to start running into too many lawyers, lobbyists, legislators,
and other people problems.
 
Hundreds of thousands will be hard, because that is a big enough number
to cause the L-people to get in the way. What's that Grouch Marx song
say? "Whatever it is, I'm against it!"
