What I have at hand is capacity vs. cycles for 80% DOD. It's here:

http://www2.ald.net/~roden/ev/images/saft_cyc.jpg

This graph is for the STM5-100s, nominally rated for 100ah. It shows
capacity peaking at ~120ah at 500 cycles, and declining to 100ah at 2,500
cycles. The test was stopped at about 3,100 cycles, at which time capacity
was about 85ah.

I know this isn't exactly the information you're looking for. I'll scout around
again later tonight and see if I can find anything else that might apply.
