I met this group when they had an EVent is Livermore.

Don't let the group name limit you. They cover most
of the small nEVs including Ebikes.
Boosting the power of an Ebike or a scoot is right up
their alley.
At the EVent, they had the Zap-zilla. It was a modified
zappy with extended forks to house the three 12V AGMs,
a 200 amp controller, and fatter tires for a
bigger burn out.
