No, this is correct. Most sealed batteries are truly sealed; it is
nearly impossible to add water. But the Concordes (at least the ones I
have) just happen to have a simple rubber plug. Cut the tape that holds
down the "do not remove" cover over the vents, and you'll see a rubber
cork in each cell. Pry it out, add water, and put it back.

Obviously, the warranty is void if you do this.
