This strikes me as false; certainly both the flooded and sealed PbA
batteries that I've tested have much better coulometric charging
efficiency than this, typically requiring <110Ah returned for every
100Ah removed.  The sealed PbA batteries (YTs) are more efficient than
the flooded PbA, in my experience.
