Oops, you're right. I missed that. They do say:
"The Corporation's new DEP(tm) electrolyser, using newly-developed
electro-catalysts, has demonstrated energy efficiency greater than 90% in
multi-kilowatt electrolysis cells, up from its pre-DEP(tm) energy efficiency
of approximately 80% at the same operating conditions of temperature and
current density. "
I'm not sure if this DEP(tm) is actually used in their currently available
models. I also wonder about that wording "demonstrated". Is that like
saying that most(all?) of the major automakers have demonstrated fuel cell
vehicles? I.e. it can be done, but it's not available to the public yet?
Also note that the multi-kilowatt units weigh 6 tons and up, and have an
actual system efficiency of 59%.
