My own experience with SAFT was very positive.  They were quite willing
to sell me as many modules as I needed, and were willing to warranty them
after they saw my battery box design.  As it turned out, I got a lead on
a used pack the day before I was going to send them a check, so I never
actually bought directly from SAFT.

SAFT does not make a charger, nor do they reference one.  They leave that
up to the user.  They do have detailed charging specifications though, and
will probably not warranty a module charged improperly.
