Daniel,

if you like to discuss energy topics there are several places to
do that. The AE List discusses alternative energy: wind, solar,
and other energy topics (instructions

The EV List users set up a charter to discuss topics for the 
EV List (the charter is on http://geocities.com/ev_list )

If you are interested in discussing these EV List Off Topic 
items, you could do that on the AE List and/or to the individuals 
that have shown an interset by emailing them off-line/directly.
There are EV List users that are burnt out on too many OT 
'over unity' POSTs.

Please read the EV List charter, and  
keep the EV List clean and focused.
