I am looking for a plug for this receptical

HUBBELL 30A 250V 3 Phase Twist-lock

Anyone knows where I can find it.  I have tried OSH
and the Home Depot.

I have been trying to find a 220V circuit in our
office without success.  My company is not willing to
set up any special EV charging station for me,
especially with the current economy condition. 
However, they recently install a 208V 3 phase circuit
with the above configuration for the folklift.  This
opens up a possibility for me to share it since they
do not charge the forklift in the daytime and the
outlet is a only few feet from the dock.

My first test is to make an adaptor from the 3-phase
208V outlet to a 14-50 receptical, using only 2 of the
hot lines and the ground.  I have an AVCON plug with a
14-50 plug cable that I am planning to use it on a
Think City rental.  (A coworker wants to rent it and
try it out a few days but, his commute is just a
little too far for the Think to make the round trip.) 
Yes, I have check that a Think could be charge on a
208V supply.

My second test is to test this on my 220V K2.  I do
not know if a K2 would work on a 208V supply.

I will test it with a 220V Zivan NG3 and the PFC-20 in
the future.
