There's a good reason that guy is working at a Radio Shack and not making
more money with his (lack of) brains!

Shorting any battery can result in heat and possible fire. A cell phone
battery is not big enough to cause a big explosion.

High explosives are another matter, but a C4 high explosive cell phone
battery could give a big blast but wouldn't give you much talk time!

Always evaluate the source when you get information. Try and double check
against alternative view points or impartial sources.
