Hi Mike and Others,

I found the link for this stuff on EV World on Saturday. I sent my usual
diatribe of sticking points and displeasure. I sure hope more people will
take this seriously. If GM actually takes the time to read the things we all
write into our pledge with the custom panel, it may shock them. At least
someone besides GM will have copies of the originals, unlike the waiting
lists that were buried to ....well, enough about that already.

PLEASE take the time to do this! A LOT of us kavitch and complain and babble
on about how GM handled the EV 1 program. This is another chance to have our
votes and voices counted.

Mike, do you know if an individual can win the free car drawing if they
aren't present?
 I could use a lucky break in mid-simmer...er' I mean summer. Well, it IS
Phoenix, and 112 degrees is pretty close to simmering for me!
The hybrid sounds good in the face of gas prices having tipped $1.309 now.
The ICE needs several hundred $ in repairs. If it were an EV, I'd be getting
close to replacing the pack right now. I could manage the pack replacement
by myself. The old fixer'uper routine is seldom mentioned to counter the
blurb about ~replacing all those expensive batteries~. I thought this would
be a fitting time to bring this up.
