I use the Siemens outlet box for charging at work.  The 14-50 is not GFI
protected but the breaker for the 50 amp circuit can be replaced with a GFI
breaker for about $80 as a remember.  However, the GFI is set at the 5ma
standard for fault current which I found to be a little touchy.  It would
certainly be better if it could be set to the EV standard of 20 ma.
