another inductive question

Folks,

Is it easy to convert an already-installed large-paddle inductive charger to
a small-paddle one? Is it just a matter of replacing the paddle, or is
there more involved than that? My employer has two chargers at my site--a
conductive (which is always in use) and a large-paddle inductive (which is
never in use). I would like to see more conductive charging, since I have a
conversion, but one of my co-workers just bought a new RAV4EV (small-paddle
inductive) and there is no charging available for that. With the economy
the way it is, the company would be more likely to accommodate us if it can
be done cheaply, like converting an already existing but unused charger into
something that will get used. With GM, Nissan, and whoever else used the
large paddle charger out of the picture, is there any reason to keep the
large paddle charger as it is?

Thanks,
Dean Grannes
