denali charger specs question

someone recently mentioned the Denali e-bikes and I was poking around on their
site...

Denali uses Hawkers, and they are claiming that their proprietary 1.2kW charger
can charge the battery (from 110v outlet) to 90% in 20 minutes, and to 100% in
30 minutes without harming the battery

is this realistic? seems too good to be true

ref:

http://www.denalicycles.com/chargerpage.htm

"Denali's Downloader charger will restore 90% charge in 20 minutes from any wall
outlet between the US and China!
It weighs under 6 pounds and charges at a solid 30 amps."
