I don't think there are any motels in the immediate vicinity of OMSI.
OMSI is next to the river on the edge of a "light industrial" area on
Portland's east side.  There may be some just east on Powell Blvd, but
I haven't been over there for a long time.

There are several hotels near Portland International Raceway that have
plenty of trailer parking.  PIR is just a few miles up I-5 from OMSI.
