To clarify, this car is NOT an Electro Automotive Voltsrabbit.  This is an 
individual's conversion, which used a few Voltsrabbit pieces.  We would 
never issue a 1221 controller for a 128V system.  We have not sold any 
Prestolites in many years, and never in a Voltsrabbit.
