What about a DeLorean "clone"? An EV conversion would require lots of
cuts and changes anyway. Rather than cut up a real one, make a copy. If
the DeLorean was built like most low-production vehicles, it shouldn't
be too hard to duplicate it. You'd just need to contact some
knowledgeable owners to study their car, find out where they got the
varios parts (steering wheel out of a Ferrari, steering column out of a
Studebaker, etc. :-)
