..inside 3 minutes is not bad.  How far down, 2 minutes, 1 minute?
Does it look like something anywhere near

Now stored in a 20' freight container.
Lights up in about 1/2 a minute from fan start and torching.
Next time I'll try to light it using (tobacco!) cigarettes 
thru the air nozzles.
