Re: GAS-L: BECHTEL COMMENTS ON SYNTHETIC FUELS

      Hi Leyland and All,
Now you know why I put in could/can.
It's sad that they did this, but that's what
happens when gov goes bad.
This is messing up my non-dam hydro project
too.
But it only came into effect a month or 2 ago
so wouldn't have been in effect when the university
started up their biomass generator. Luckily it's only
until the bonds are paid off which should be in a
couple of years. Present contracts were grandfathered
in.
I'm sure if you brought online clean RE
electricity you could get a decent rate on the
electricity or sell it out of state. You can still
make your own without a problem.
Does anyone know how long it's suppose to be and
they go back to net metering?
              Thanks,
                  jerry dycus
