GP: Residential Programmable thermostat for California:



My point is should not CA accelerate application of this energy efficiency
measure by somehow getting these devices into the existing homes.  O.k., so
programmable thermostats are required in new residences in CA. and may also
be required when doing major renovations by Title 24, Part 1, Section 150
(i) of the CA Building code, I guess, or is this the new ASHRAE code for
Low-rise Residential Buildings.  Thanks for the help!
