GP: renewable energy comany?

Hi,

I'd like to enlist the help of this listserv for
generating ideas for a renewable energy company.  I'm
an MBA student, and for one of my classes I need to
write a business plan for a hypothetical company, or a
seperate business unit/product of an existing
company/organization.  Any ideas would be greatly
appreciated.  There seems to be a great potential for
renewable energy, but I'm having trouble figuring out
how a business can make a profit in the industry.  As
one of my example ideas, I've thought of writing a
plan for a company that makes wind turbines, but I
thought some of you might have an idea for a more
pressing issue in the energy sector.
