    Is this as much of a problem with living roofs?  My roof has a limited 
amount of air circulation over the rock wool, and plywood over that, 
bituthene over that, and a layer of bales/plants over that.  Considering 
the moist bales will greatly reduce the night-time temperature swing, would 
it be safe to say that there will be little condensation on the underside 
of the plywood?
