 thanks for the feed back on Home Depot. Made things clearer. I will watch to 
see if they pull it off. Hard here in NC to find alternatives that are still 
affordable other than engineered wood which has the stigma of chip mills. 
OFten seems like a tight squeeze between reponsible building and a living 
wage though there also seems like a momentum has developed for improvement.
