Icynene, like cellulose, is around R-3.8/inch (perhaps a bit lower for
Icynene).  Again, in my experience Icynene is about twice the cost of
cellulose.

Some *foams* have R-values in the 7/inch range (a claim which I have NOT
heard for cellulose).  I have found these foams even more expensive than
Icynene, for an equivalent R-value.

I agree with Mike about the price, but I haven't heard claims of 7/inch for
dense-pack cellulose.  I think it's closer to 4/inch.   As usual, you get
what you pay for!
