GBlist: Recessed can Compact Fluorescent Fixtures

I'm trying to find a source for recessed can compact fluorescent
fixtures which are also airtight.  Most recessed fixtures vent heat to
the overhead space.  I' like the fixture to use PLC type lamps,
preferably of 23 to 28 watts.  I've looked at several web sites, without
success.  Any help in finding a vendor would be greatly appreciated.

The only airtight fixtures I've seen are incandescent, which SHOULD be
the worst heat generators.
