GBlist: P.V. Rebates?

Greetings all,  
      I have two friends who are building their home
in Trinity County , CA (just east of Willow Creek) and
they are planning on installing a P.V. system. We have
heard about rebates and such and are wondering if
anybody out there has some info that they  can pass on
in order to make their purchase of a system less
costly.  Thank you for your assistance
