The Massachusetts Renewable Energy Trust is sponsoring a design
competition for green building projects in Northeastern U.S. The
competition is being organized by the Northeast Sustainable Energy
Association (NESEA). Projects may be of five categories of
buildings: commercial and institutional buildings, residences,
schools and other government buildings, solar electric buildings, and
student projects. Projects (except student projects) must have been
built within the last four years.

Entries are due by March 15, 2001. There are cash prizes and
publicity for winning projects. Visit the NESEA website:
<http://www.nesea.org/buildings/design.htm> for details, or contact
Jonathan Tauer at (413) 774-6051, ext 20.
