There are sealed combustion, tankless units which also function as boilers
(for space heating). Examples include the "Monitor" models MZ25S, MZ25C and
MZ40C, from Monitor Products, Princeton, NJ (732) 329-0900 xt 19; and the
"Ocean Idroclima" series, based in Italy +39-0424 517111, email
info@ocean.idroclima.com. This company makes several models, including one
for large-volume domestic hot water production.
Our friend Dr. Vasile would urge everyone not only to consider the hot water
source, but also the possibility of capturing the wate heat from the hot
water as it runs down the drain.
