I will second that -- if there is not good communication, everything else 
goes out the window --------  no matter how qualified, what their other 
projects look lik etc etc etc -- you need to be able to talk and understand 
what each person is saying and if that isn't there in the first meeting it 
surely will NOT be there when you are in the middle of the project and
