[GBlist] Good Price on FSC Flooring

Dear Folks,

Below is a post from our friends at A.E. Sampson and Son, in Warren, Maine,
who produce high-quality hardwood flooring, a lot of which is FSC certified.
They have a good deal for someone, especially someone in Northern New
England:

> The flooring sales FSC certified and uncertified have been going
> pretty well
> for us. Except that when we mill flooring we produce a grade called
> shorts.
> The "short" flooring is only 6" to 18" long. It is tongue and
> grooved all
> around and is not defective. It is just short. In the past we have
> sold it
> for. 98¢ a square foot and it has gone. People on a budget love it.
> The feed
> back has been good.
> Now because we have increased our production, we have over 20,000
> sqft
> produced. I would like to sell it. A good portion of it is FSC
> certified. I
> would sell it in 1000 sqft lots at. 50¢ a sqft (without freight)
> cash only.
> I was think of groups like Habitat for humanity, or others that this
> might be
> of interest? Can you help me by thinking of groups or places I might
> post this? Jula Sampson

We've used a lot of their product, and like it very much.
