I get it. Interesting concept.  Somebody should pitch it to Steve Forbes.  Of course, then you need an additional trans tax for city/state etc.

Do a Web search using the term, and you'll get some good info.  Done
right, it would replace income taxes and most others to boot.  Try
www.thecourtrights.com for starters.
