Bruce and Peter-

Additionally check out Second nature's website.  They are a non-profit dedicated to sustainability in secondary education: http://www.secondnature.org/home.html

Subject: Re: Big Green: curriculum

Bruce and others-

We have such a curricula here in Seattle.  The program, the Sustainable Building Advisor Certificate Program, is about to enter its third year.  It is sponsored by Seattle City Light, Seattle Public Utilities and Seattle Central Community College.  Rather than go into a lengthy explanation, you can find the same at our web site - http://www.cityofseattle.net/light/conserve/ - go to the Sustainability and Sustainable Building Advisor Certificat Program on that page.  The class can accommodate about 30 students each year.  Graduates tend to be professionals - architects, contractors, developers, etc., wanting to incorporate more "green" into their own practices.

I'd be interested in hearing of others.

It seems to me I've asked this before (and I apologize if I didn't respond),
are there any examples of green building curricula out there that are
currently being used in secondary education as well as trade schools?
Thanks,
