All,
I have decided to bow out of the Dickens house project.

In looking at my priorities, I have to remind myself to focus on what really
matters to me the most. This summer when I looked at my list of commitments
I realized that I was doing too much. With this in mind I have decided to
spend my time;
- parenting my 3 children, while they are home all day,
- continuing to research the best practices in green building
- working with the architect on my home remodel
- and continuing my volunteer commitments with The Christmas Bureau of Palo
Alto, The CAC for special education, and of course planning the fabulous
programs for next years ASID.

I (of course) feel guilty, but I really am not very effective when I get too
scattered, so perhaps is is better for all of us.

I would love to give you any help in specifying green alternative materials,
if you want that info.

Hope the summer is going well for everyone.
