[GBlist] Titanium Dioxide solar cells

I have not noticed this technology being mentioned on the list.  Until now 
whenever I saw 'photovoltaic' I thought 'silicon' so I found the following 
link interesting.

When my daughter provided this link she said she was told these cells are 
in small scale production now.
