[GBlist] Environmentally friendly carpenter ant control

Got a carpenter ant problem, loads of them coming into our house from the
silver maple just outside our door. A company that advertises as
supposedly having 'chemical sensitive accounts' proposes boric acid and
tempo. Saw the MSDS sheets on both and was not happy. Does anyone have an
environmentally-friendly solution to carpenter ants? Don't want to hurt
other critters. Thanks, Aimee
