Sacie-
We (when using SIP's) generally think of EPS as having a very low perm
rating- in fact often lower than that of 4 mil poly. If you are doing a good
job of sealing the joints between the blocks of EPS I should think you
wouldn't need an additional vapor barrier at all. Best,
