Eric, you are on target with your thoughts. Unfortunatly these thoughts are
only held by those of us that do not sign the paper work to give it a go or
no go. Those that receive the results of the decision are left out of the
decision process.
Lets face it even when we get to vote, if it does not go there way, it
reappears with new words until it is passed.
