Re: [GBlist] carpet pad R value ?
Clark -
Thanks for the response back - i am basically going to install a new carpet
in a second floor bedroom, which is ontop of an unheated garage. I was
hoping to somehow insulate the floor (there is insulation in the joist
cavities below) to make the floor as comfortable as possible. So, initially
I was thinking, would "reflectix" type insulation work as a pad? Then, I
started getting confused.
