That's what I meant by "feasible" for a wood joisted roof. I'm not so much 
concerned with getting the materials up there (I'm sure they would be 
hoisted up from the sidewalk, esp. since there is no elevator), as with the 
structural load on the roof. It would be prohibitively expensive to 
reinforce the joists.
