[GBlist] information on stucco standards

Can anyone in this group send me by fax or attachment the pages of the book
that is used for a stucco standard in the industry? (I believe it is the
Port Cement Association's work). Or give me a reference where I might
find it on line or maybe in an architectural library? We have only a few
stuccoers around here and no one has it. I don't want to buy the entire
1-1/2" ring binder on the subject when it is only the standard I am looking
for. Specifically I need an official standard that refers to the way
stucco is supposed to look after the first two coats have been applied.
The way in which it is placed, if there is a standard for that, would be
helpful as well. Perhaps an architect in this group would have this
information? With many thanks, Sacie Lambertson
