[GBlist] energy an health issues of insulation

Title: energy an health issues of insulation

I don't know if this is the proper forum for this question -- but I'm researching insulation and would love to find info regarding

1. energy required to create insulative material
2. health issues related to each material
 -- mold for fiberglass
-- breakdown of formaldehyde based foam insulations

TIA
