[GBlist] Energy-10 and Weather Files

I need some help with Energy-10. Does anyone have the TMY2 or Energy-10
weather file for Toronto, Ontario?

I got a hold of a CWEC (Canadian Weather for Energy Calculation) file. The
data is formatted according to the WYEC2 format designed by ASHRAE. Does
anyone know of an easy way to convert this file to a TMY2 or Energy-10?
