Elizabeth:  I don't know what state you're in, but you
may want to try the Integrated Pest Management Program
at UC Davis for help.  Here's the link: 
http://www.ipm.ucdavis.edu/.  

Also check with your county agricultural commissioner,
and also see if your state university has a
cooperative extensive program (such as we have through
Univ. of Calif.) who may be able to help you too.
