[GBlist] Tool libraries



And in Berkeley, CA we have such an institution as well.  It works
fabulously.  They loan out almost everything you could imagine, from
drill bits to cement mixers.  It seems like a very well-used facility
from the perspective of an apartment dweller who frequents it every few
months or so.
