Looks like the builder is the one making the mega profit here.
Actually I know what you are talking about but always tell people to buy the
smallest home in the best neighborhood they can afford and a fixer upper at
that. It will bring them the best return on the dollars they are investing.
Unfortunately most are blinded by the big new house syndrome.
But as a builder you know the "committees" are stupid and they make the
rules for larger homes.
If the restrictions say the home will be three thousand square feet then you
are not building a home that is a thousand there.
