We also have a building materials recycling program in Vermont.  To sweeten
the deal, you don't pay sales tax on the reclaimed materials.

Several of the "Re-Use" stores in Toronto carry stuff like that. Volunteers
sort the fasteners into boxes by size even. Don't know about the paint
though - that's a great idea I'll have to pass on. I have 4 gallons of lilac
here if anyone's looking <G>.
