[GBlist] Attic Insulation
Thanks for your contractor recommendations. Now I'm trying to decide
between blow-in cellulose and icynene. Which makes more sense for
durability, thermal performance and cost? If I go with cellulose I will
air-seal the attic first.
info: Chicago, unconditioned attic, existing soffit and ridge vents, exposed
2x6 joists over plaster ceiling, eventually I want to reinstall floorboards
and finish the space.
