RE: [GBlist] cork flooring

One neat application I've seen: There is a lookout tower built on Beaver
Island in Lake Michigan. The exterior siding is cedar shingles over plywood
with exposed framed walls at the interior. The corks are placed over the
nails that poke through the plywood at a regular pattern at the interior.

this raises a question for me:
does anyone know of a use for recycling wine corks (a lot of them!)?
